The F9 pump range is designed for dredging & long-distance transportation. Every design choice is grounded in real dredging conditions. From impeller geometry to bearing arrangement, each element is defined by field reality rather than laboratory specifications.

Our pumps handle sand, gravel, shells, clay and mixed materials at variable densities, changing pumping distances and in continuous operation. Serviceable in the field without specialist tooling, because downtime on a dredger is not measured in hours. It is measured in project cost and dredge utilisation.

The F9 range covers PSD, CSD, TSHD dredgers and pipelinetransportation applications. Whether you are equipping a new build, replacing ageing fleet equipment, or looking for a proven alternative to your current supplier, the F9 range is specified for direct comparison.

DESIGN FEATURES

DREDGING- SPECIFIC IMPELLER GEOMETRY

Designed for variable solids content and fluctuating head conditions. Not optimised for a single operating point. Handles the real fluctuations of your dredging proces without loss of efficiency or pump head.

FUSE-QOVER DESIGN

A single-piece casting that integrates the wear plate, suction liner, and cover into one solid unit. For easy (dis)assembly, reduce wear and comes wit a special lifting tool.

HEAVY-WALL CASING

Casing wall thickness optimized for dredging duty cycles,. Built to resist the impact and wear of pumping heavy gravel mixtures                                                                

HIGH-EFFICIENCY HYDRAULIC DESIGN

Hydraulic curves optimised for the operating ranges common in PSD, CSD and TSHD applications. Lower specific energy per m³ pumped solids reduces operating costs over the project lifetime.

CARTRIDGE BEARING ASSEMBLY

Self-contained cartridge bearing housing—replace it without shaft alignment. Cuts maintenance time and simplifies field bearing changes

LOW-FLUSH GLAND SEAL OPTION
